Some seriously terrifying beauty here. Her crown reminds me of Planescape's the Lady of Pain, but the rest of her very distinctly said to me one of the Fair Folk before I even read the description. I'm a fan of swirls on the skin, and blue swirls are just plain sexy. Dig the piercings and the look of severity she wears too. I dig muchly.
